   About Savoy...

Opened since 2010, Savoy Conservatory has been dedicated to providing quality, creative arts instruction in a non-competeive environment. Rather than for sport, we encourage children to form  appreciation and respect  for the creative arts. Our philosophy is that the students greatest competition is with oneself & grows from the dedication & perceverance necessary to master the art.  Savoy concentrates on the area of arts, culture, & curriculum. Studies have shown that participation in the arts improves skills in math & reading, fosters creativity, & increases cultural awareness. We believe educating students on the importance of cultural contributions is an essential component in the creative process. Savoy brings a fresh perspective to the arts.

That Is Why I Teach Dance

NOT because I expect you to major in Dance.

NOT because I expect you to Dance all your life.

NOT so you can relax or have fun.

BUT so you will be human, so you will recognize beauty, so you will be sensitive, so you will be closer to an infinite beyond this world, so you will have something to cling to, so you will have more love, more compassion, more gentleness, more good...

in short, more life.

Of what value will it be to make a prosperous living

unless you know how to live?
